Now is the time and this is the place to begin taking back America for all Americans. Democracy in America starts at the local level with the county council, your state senators and legislators who take your hopes and desires and turn them into laws for Pierce County and the State of Washington. From there we select and support our candidates for the 8th & 9th Congressional Districts in the US House of Representatives and the two senators who will represent the state of Washington in the US Senate. This site is designed to keep you informed of the events in the 2nd legislative district and across the state and country. Your participation and support is vital to giving you the kind of representation at all levels that you desire. As you scroll through the site you will find information and links to all levels of government that will help you become an active member of the Democratic Party and the democratic process. If you do not see the information you are looking for or have something you would like to contribute, please use the contact site to let us know. This is your website and your party but to be successful we need your support. We are here, working for you every day but if we are to be successful it will take all of us working together.
